1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 Days from the date you received your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

  • Certain items are non-returnable:

    • Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

    • Customized or personalized products.


2. Return Process

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 Days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
